Welcome to Swarnkar KhataBook. By accessing or using our application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Swarnkar KhataBook is a complete Jewellery Shop ERP designed for billing, inventory, customer management, and ledger accounting. The app is developed and maintained by BLK Infotech. The software is provided as a tool to help jewellery business owners manage their operations electronically.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To use our Service, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. We use secure phone-based OTP authentication to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
Swarnkar KhataBook offers various subscription plans to suit your business needs:
- Free Plan: Basic features with limited usage.
- Monthly Plan: ₹299 / month
- Annual Plan: ₹2,499 / year
- Lifetime Plan: ₹4,999 (one-time payment)
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable fees. Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will not be affected until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. User Data & Content
You retain all ownership rights to the business data, customer details, and transaction records you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership over your data. By using the app, you grant us permission to store, process, and back up your data securely on Google Cloud Firestore as necessary to provide the Service to you.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise our security systems.
- Use the app to store or transmit malicious code.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the application.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided data) are and will remain the exclusive property of BLK Infotech and its licensors. The app, its branding, logos, and software code are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BLK Infotech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for our paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the 7-day period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
